All scholarship applications are due by April 1 each calendar year. All previous scholarship awardees who would like to renew their scholarship must submit the following by April 1 each calendar year in order to be renewed: an official transcript (no faxes) from their Florida College or University detailing their coursework from the Summer, Fall and/or Spring of the current calendar year and he/she must have an overall 2.5 GPA and a typed request for renewal including address to send award. No unofficial transcripts will be accepted for renewal and no computer generated transcripts can be accepted. The State department of motor vehicles which provides the funds for our scholarship from sales of the Florida PAL specialty license plates will only accept an official (sealed transcript) from your Florida University and/or college. All the renewals must be received on or before April 1, each year. Please
