PAL Youth Directors Council  Requirements  (2010)

***Each PAL must submit the following on each youth in their Youth Directors Council*** {on or before September 23, 2010}:

·         Participant Application

·         Release of Liability [dated after January 15, 2010]

·         Proof of Birth

·         Color Photos

·         Sign in at all SFAPAL Events attended

·         Code of Conduct

EACH PAL must submit the following:

·         Youth Directors Council Attendance/Verification Forms

·         Commitment to PARTICIPATE in the 2010 TAG Campaign

·         (each PAL must have a minimum of 50 Tag commitments submitted to the state office on or before August 19, 2010)

 

Each youth director must complete and have documented at State PAL Office:

  • 3 Regional Meetings { October 1 – September 9, 2010 } 

[1 of 3 must be completed by June 7, 2010

2 0f 3 must be completed by August 23, 2010

And 3 0f 3 must be completed by September 9, 2010]

 

  • 3 Regional Community Service Projects

          [1 of 3 must be completed by June 30, 2010

2 0f 3 must be completed by August 23, 2010

And 3 0f 3 must be completed by September 9, 2010]

 

  • 4 local Community Service Projects

[2 of 4 must be completed by July 15, 2010

  Remaining 2 must be completed by August 23, 2010]

  

  • 8 Local Meeting per year

[from October 1, 2010-  September 9, 2009]  

  3 0f 8 must be completed by July 15, 2010

  • Roster of Elected Officers [Due by July 15, 2010]

 

  • Code of Conduct [Due by July 15,2010]

 

1st half of the Year paperwork due on or before July 15, 2010. Text Box: *** If you and/or your youth participant has a Florida PAL issued Kids Trax card all the state office will need is an updated Release of Liability form***   Just write Kids Trax # on the release form.

Final Youth Directors Qualification Deadline: September 23, 2010.
