Requirements (2011)
***Each PAL must submit the
following on each youth in their Youth Directors Council***
{on or before September 27,
2011}:

Participant Application
·
Release of Liability [dated after January 15, 2011]
·
Proof of Birth
·
Color Photos
·
Sign in at all SFAPAL Events attended
·
Code of Conduct
EACH PAL must submit the following:
·
Youth Directors Council Attendance/Verification Forms
·
PARTICIPATE in the 2011 TAG Campaign
each
PAL with active YDC programs in their region must have a minimum of 50
Tag commitments
submitted to the state office on or before August 23,
2011
OR
·
You can reduce the requirement to 30 Tag Commitments by volunteering to
host a Tag Drive during one of your own local PAL events or set up at a
Publix, Tag Agency or alternate approved location and you must provide
photographic evidence
(i.e. you must take photos and submit them).
Pals that do so will receive regional community service credit.
[this
requirement will be mandatory for those who do not have other YDC
chapters in their region].
Each
time you host a tag drive you can eliminate a regional community service
project.
Each youth director
{that has other YDC
programs in their region}
must complete and have documented at State PAL Office:

Meetings { October 1 – September 8, 2011 }

Each youth director
{that does not have other
registered YDC Programs in their region that are actively involved in
the FL PAL YDC Program i.e. submitted reports to the state office for
credit} must
complete and have documented at State PAL Office:
- 5 (five) Tag Commitments of their own outside of the PAL’s
requirement
- Your PAL must conduct (2) two local Tag Drives
(minimum of 30 commitments combined
total) and provide
photographic evidence. Each Youth Director must attend one of the
two tag drives.
