PAL Youth Directors Council  Requirements  (2012) 

 

***Each PAL must submit the following on each youth in their Youth Directors Council*** {on or before September 19, 2012}:

·Participant Application

·Release of Liability [dated after January 15, 2012]

·Proof of Birth

·Color Photos

·Sign in at all SFAPAL Events attended

·Code of Conduct

 

EACH PAL must submit the following:

 

·Youth Directors Council Attendance/Verification Forms

 

·PARTICIPATE in the 2011 TAG Campaign
Each PAL with active YDC programs in their region must have a minimum of  30 Tag commitments submitted to the state office on or before August 15, 2012                           

                  

 

Each youth director {that has other active registered FL PAL YDC programs in their region} must complete and have documented at State PAL Office:  

·3 Regional Meetings { October 1, 2011– September  30, 2012

2 0f 3 must be completed by August 15, 2012

And 3 0f 3 must be completed by September 9, 2012]

 

·3 Regional Community Service Projects

          [1 of 3 must be completed by July 1, 2012

2 0f 3 must be completed by August 15, 2012

And 3 0f 3 must be completed by September 9, 2012]

 

·4 local Community Service Projects

[2 of 4 must be completed by July 1, 2012

  Remaining 2 must be completed by August 15, 2012]

  

·8 Local Meeting per year

[from October 1, 2011-  September 30, 2012]  

  3 0f 8 must be completed by July 1, 2012

 

·Roster of Elected Officers [Due by August 15, 2012]

 

·Code of Conduct [Due by August 15, 2012]

 

 

 

Each youth director {that does not have other registered YDC Programs in their region that are actively involved in the FL PAL YDC Program (i.e. submitted reports to the state office for credit)}  must complete and have documented at State PAL Office:

 

 

 

·Your PAL must conduct (2) two local Tag Drives (minimum of 30 commitments combined total) and provide photographic evidence.  Each Youth Director must attend one of the two tag drives. 

[1 of 2 must be completed by July 1, 2012. Remaining one must be completed by August 15, 2012]

 

·4 local Community Service Projects

[2 of 4 must be completed by July 1, 2012

  Remaining 2 must be completed by August 15, 2012]

  

·10 Local Meeting per year

[from October 1, 2011-  September 30, 2012]  

  6 0f 10 must be completed by July 1, 2012

 

·Roster of Elected Officers [Due by August 15, 2012]

 

·Code of Conduct [Due by August 15, 2012]

 

 

Important Deadlines:

 

1st half of the Year paperwork due on or before July 1, 2012.

       

Final Youth Directors Qualification Deadline: October 1, 2012.
